Bendigo Urology is a private specialist Medical practice.
A specialist referral to Mr Stephen Lindsay will be needed before your initial consultation. Your GP, a Medical Specialist or a Nurse Practitioner can provide this referral.
We will advise you about our fees, and will always try to ensure that you are fully informed about all costs involved in your care in our Practice. There may be out-of-pocket costs or “gaps” above Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebates that are not covered. We can’t always anticipate all of the costs associated with your care.
All account fees are the responsibility of the patient or the patient’s legal guardian, unless you are covered by Workcover, TAC or another third party Insurer.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Gold card holders are fully covered for all our consultation and treatment fees from this practice and will not have any out-of-pocket expenses.
EFTPOS facilities are available in the Bendigo rooms. We expect payment on the day of consultation in Bendigo.
